Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrants may cancel their registration and obtain a refund based on the following schedule:
Cancellations prior to January 1, 2024: Cancelling registrants will receive a refund of the registration fee paid less a $125 administration fee.
Cancellation between January 1, 2024 and February 29, 2024: Cancelling registrants will receive a refund of the fifty percent (50%) of the registration fees paid.
Cancellations after February 29, 2024: Cancelling registrants will receive no refunds of registration fees paid.
