Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Certification Cancellation Policy:  In the event you need to cancel your event registration, you must do so in writing within seven (7) business days of receiving your confirmation notification from Shared Assessments, and up to ten (10) days prior to the event. No refunds will be granted after that time.

Certification Rescheduling Fee: Individuals who have registered to attend a CTPRP or CTPRA Workshop and Exam and wish to reschedule their participation for a later date will incur a $50 rescheduling fee

Certification Retake Fee: Individuals who wish to retake a CTPRP or CTPRA exam will incur a $150 exam retake fee. Individuals who wish to retake both the CTPRP or CTPRA Workshop and Exam will receive a 50% discount off program pricing
